Day 1
Montecarlo and the Road of Wine
Embark on a peaceful drive through rolling hills flanked by vineyards and olive groves as you head toward the delightful town of Montecarlo. On the way, you’ll encounter numerous wineries inviting you to pause for a wine tasting and a bite of local fare. After exploring the historic center, continue your adventure along an old Roman route—once a path for pilgrims—that leads to the monumental Quercione, an awe-inspiring centuries-old oak. Conclude the day meandering along charming rural roads, fully immersed in the Tuscan countryside.
Day 2
Puccini’s Lake, trip to Massaciuccoli
The Massaciuccoli Lake with its diverse wildlife is a wonderful day tour, arriving from a hillside road overlooking the lake and the coast below. Giacomo Puccini, the famous composer, famously walked the banks if the lake, looking for the inspiration to make his music. And seeing a sunset over the lake and the coast behind, is not hard to understand why. Not to be missed, the Oasi LIPU, a serene ornithological oasis with paths built on wooden stilts to offer a closer look to the lake’s ecosystem.
Day 3
Estate Italiana Vibes on the Versilia Coast
Devote your final day to discovering Versilia, the enchanting Lucchese Riviera that has captivated Italian sun-seekers since the 1960s. Visit Viareggio and Lido di Camaiore, famed for their piers and wide sandy beaches, before continuing on to Pietrasanta. This artistic hub brims with sculptures and statues created by the many renowned artists who have made the town their home—among them the celebrated Fernando Botero.
Optional Picnic Experience with Vineyard Tour
Want to make your 3-day Fiat 500 tour even more unforgettable? During the day dedicated to the “Puccini’s Lake, trip to Massaciuccoli” itinerary, you can enrich your journey with a peaceful picnic experience set in a traditional Tuscan vineyard.
After your drive through winding country roads, you’ll stop at a historic family-run estate, active since 1896. You’ll be greeted with a brief guided tour through the vineyard and its charming wine cellar, where generations of winemaking come to life.
Then it’s time to unwind: choose your favorite picnic spot—under the shade of an old oak tree, between rows of vines, or in a quiet garden corner. You’ll be treated to a basket filled with Tuscan delicacies, a glass of local wine, and all the equipment you need for a relaxed, open-air lunch.
We’re happy to accommodate dietary preferences, with vegetarian, vegan, gluten- and lactose-free options available on request.
The picnic is available between 11:30 AM and 6:30 PM, with the experience wrapping up by 8:00 PM. The cost is €35 per adult and €21 per children and can easily be added during the booking process.
In case of rain, we’ll gladly reschedule the experience for another day of your tour.
