Looking for the perfect mix of outdoor adventure and authentic local flavor? Our E-Bike Picnic Tour combines the ease of an e-bike ride with a true Tuscan experience: a guided tour of a historic vineyard and wine cellar, followed by a relaxing picnic among the vines.
Departing from our office just outside Lucca, you’ll pedal effortlessly along quiet roads through the picturesque areas of Meati and Gattaiola.
Halfway through your journey, you’ll reach a charming family-run winery, where you’ll enjoy a guided visit of the estate and its traditional cellar. After the tour, it’s time to relax with a delicious picnic featuring regional products, wine, and stunning countryside views.
The route then picks up the peaceful Serchio River cycling path, leading you back to Lucca along serene country lanes.
Included in the experience: e-bike rental, helmet, lock, personalized Google Maps itinerary, vineyard and cellar tour, and picnic.

Meati
Your journey begins riding through the peaceful countryside of Meati, a small village where quiet roads wind between villas, gardens, and fields. A perfect start to escape the city and embrace the slower rhythm of Tuscany.

Gattaiola
Continue to the charming village of Gattaiola, where ancient churches and stone houses tell centuries-old stories. It’s an authentic glimpse of rural Tuscany, away from tourist routes and full of local character.
Stop 3
Vineyard and Cellar Visit
Midway through the ride, stop at a historic, family-run vineyard. Enjoy a guided tour of the estate and wine cellar, learning about Tuscan winemaking traditions before settling down for your relaxing picnic among the vines.

How does the booking process work?
To confirm your booking, we require a 30% non-refundable deposit if the rental amount exceeds €300. The balance must be paid 15 days before your rental. For bookings under €300, full payment is required at the time of reservation.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations made within 15 days of the rental date are non-refundable.

Is there anything I should bring?
We recommend bringing: Sunscreen, Sunglasses, A camera, A water canteen.
